I placed an order with Everbuying for 4 android phones,2 Code Rings, 2 8x zoom lenses for the note 3 look alike, cases and pointer touch pens. Of the android phones 2 of them I suspect are Samsung galaxy note 3 clones as the are identical in regards to the andriod version and shape. The other two are samsung galaxy s4 clones however none of these phones were sold to me as Samsung products.

The price that I paid on the website was $513.29, however they charged my card $913.29.

The phones have not worked since they arrived and my order was placed on the 19/03/2014 and I did not receive the first lot of items until early april. The second package they sent arrived at the end of april and I still have not received one of the phones as it was not in any of the packages and non of the phones work properly at all, 1 does not even turn on any more.

On the 31/04/2014 I received an email from [email protected], requesting that they be my supplier of electronics and that they could offer me 10% off. Let it be noted that I still had not received my goods at this stage and I replied to her on 08/04/2014 when the first package arrived asking the following:

"1. My first order I was charged $400 more than what I was quoted on checkout.

2. Not all of the items have arrived.

3. Not all of the items were as described.

4. Not all of the items work as described.

Please can you inform me when the rest of my items will arrive and how I can get replacements for the non functional ones?"

I have received no responses since then and I have also had each of my requests on the website closed without offering me a solution.

The whole process is a nightmare and now I am without working products as what did work only worked for about a week.
