I purchased an item online from Banggood.com after reading all positive feedback about their delivery. Sounds reliable as most delivery issues have been resolved.
Since then, I'm been getting emails from banggood saying that the item could not be shipped. They refunded the $7 as I paid for the fast delivery. That was just probably a gesture to keep your confidence and hopes high.
By end of May, they emailed me again saying that they shipped the item but the courier company rejected the item. They advised me that they will refund the amount. It's been 4 weeks now and I keep on getting a computer generated email about the refund.
Totally scumbag!
