I ordered th free trial of their anti - wrinkle cream three weeks ago. I paid shipping and handling costs amounting to $4.99. I received my package from this company on June 17, 2014 but my credit card was also billed for $99 on this same day! I did not see any clear or readable conditions and terms on their Website about this being a monthly subscription. If this were the case I would never have requested the free trial. I tried calling this Company during business hours but no answer. I have left an email but I suspect I won't get an answer as others in my position have not heard back and their credit cards continue he to be debited. Please accept this as my official letter of complaint regarding the company called Dermajuvenate. Please this so called Internet business needs to be shut down and subject to legal action. I plan to cancel my credit card (I shouldn't have to do this for goodness sakes!) I did warn them that I am prepared to seek legal advice if I receive or am billed for any of their products.
