I bought the 2 creams rvtl and Equinox on the 24th May understanding that it was a sample to try. I had to pay for postage and packaging so gave my address and bank details. there was no mention how much it was or the from date of ordering you only had 14days trail then if you didn't cancel within that date they were using your card details to tke the money out of your bank. i have try on a number of occasions to email customer service but the link doesn't work. I am so annoyed with my self. this is a scam I only received the creams on the 2nd June 2014 and they took the money out of my account on the 9th June 2014. I have been using the cream every day but as yet not noticed an improvement. I told my friends to see if my skin looked better and they said the same . No difference.
