Dear sir/madam,
I received a call from vacations gateway sales man Mr.Aniket personal mobile no shared by him is 8744942560, also spoke by his supervisor that promotional purpose they selected my Name from gateway.
Promised to give a apple ipad along with 4Night and 3 days package for charges of Rs.7799/-I took the package on 06th June'14. Now their customer care team says there no such system giving gift in 01 package.So they have cheated me.
I recorded all communications of phone for keeping as proof. I paid Rs.7799/ by credit card and received transaction id for future reference : SDL00021 739
Now I do not like to receive this package and want to cancel same.
Now the company is not responding on cancellation.
