I was looking for a ticket lawyer to help me with a ticket. I found a site called ticket busters. I called and I spoke to a Melissa who gave me a run through of the process. She spoke like a lawyer and told me the firm will fight for me. And the charge will be 249.00. So I paid and they sent me the paper work. The refund policy state that I could not cancel the account once opened. I called back and told them that the lady did not explain anything about the refund terms and she said the law firm will fight for me. The supervisor told me that they are not a law firm and that they do not even have lawyers their.

Then I left a message for the owner and the supervisor was a real bitch. I have not recieved any phone call from the owner.
