I ordered two box sets of dvd's from hip dvd: The Complete Avengers & The Complete Cagney & Lacey. Although advertised to arrive in 2-4 weeks, they actually took 9 weeks; then when they did arrive, neither was contained in the advertised packaging; The so-called Complete Avengers had 33 episodes missing, while the audio visual quailty of both items was dreadful. I emailed requesting a complete refund, both via their website and through an employee who had previously explained the reasons behind the delay. The two communications through their website and the 7 emails sent to the employee have all been ignored, and I cannot find a telephone number to try and pursue that way. Can anyone advise or help please?
