I received the order, but they sent me a dress with an attached 'sweater' that I did not order, and both dresses were so short that they were actually tops. I filed an initial refund request with paypal, which they responded to, telling me to send photographs to the website, which I did. Nothing. I just wrote them again on paypal and plan to proceed that way. The refund policy is ridiculous. They only offer to refund 50% AND make you pay to ship it back, so it's essentially worthless to pursue it by their policies. I think that qualifies as a scam.
