I ordered merchandise from this website, and after the guaranteed delivery period of 3 weeks never received my order, and they stopped replying to my emails. The website is still in operation.

There are also other similar complaints that the website is a scam.

The company contacted me and sent me my merchandise, I would like to retract my complaint.

- I'm having the same problem here also. It's been almost a month and I recieved nothing. No email from them whatsoever. I ordered some a month ago also. And it came last week but now for some reason my other order is a no show. So I'm pretty mad about it also that I have email them MANY times. I also asked tweeted it hoping for an answer but again nothing.

- I have the same problem, although its only been a month you shouldn't advertise shipping in 2-3 weeks if your not going to uphold your end. We all payed our money for these products and would like to be able to receive when promised. I hope you can email back soon seeing as I already requested you to answer a few questions, and be able to assist me as a paying costumer.
