We arrived at Orlando midnight all the cars were gone even with reservations. The counter help was rud e and told us tough luck,and good luck in getting a car. We thought it was over with atlas after that . We checked our credit card statement ,you guest it they billed us for a car we never rented ,even worse when we tried to talk to them they hung up.Now what?
