My grandchildren call from Ben Gurion Airport when they realized they need an entry visa to NY. This sight came up I did not get any confirmation from them but could not open the link with OFFICIALLY a confirmation .I spoke to the children in Israel & told them to try to go online there, which they did. They got to the right site and were charged $14. I am trying to dispute this charge with my credit card co. It is most surprising in this day & age of electronics that the card co. got a written bill from Esta Visas any way you can help me out????
