International boundaries
RR Closing part of Timeshare Enhancement and Relief which included Vacation Services International and Excess Property Solutions. RR Closing Services received all the proceeds and was to distribute to the other entities. Excess Property Solutions was to pay us for points at 7.5 cents per point. Excessive delays and excuses for non payment until last Friday the phone is not operational and the EPSrents web site is gone. RR Closing Services claims ignorance and states they have done their part. This appears to be a Timeshare scam and RR Closing Services is the head of the operation.
