order trial order on my credit card for 4.95 and there was no mention of a 14 day trial on site but a week later my card was charged 89.95 and they tell me that there is no refund of money on this product. I was offer just 15% back. For me the product doesn't work. I call and the person was reading from a form (it seems). The person on the phone was experienced in handling rejections about the product.
