I got one mail from Truvisageantiaging that they have launched a new product Anti Aging Cream first time in world that can make skin look young in 2 hrs. The product is given on free for trial against payment of international courier charges. I made payment on 12.4.2014 online from my credit card. But the product never came. On repeated reminders I was given one and other excuses. Finally I got mail on 25.5.2014 that the product has returned damaged condition and it is being sent fresh by express courier and I shall get in 48 hrs. I was happy that the company is genuine. But I did not get anything. All of sudden on 06.06.2014 I got one SMS from my bank that an amount of $75 charged to my account. I was shocked how and who misused my credit card when card is in my possession and I have not used. I came to know the merchant is Truvisage has taken the amount from my credit card. I then immediately realized that when I made the online payment of $7 my confidential information of credit card was illegally hacked by Truvisage and later fraudulently and dishonestly $75 is taken away from the credit card misusing the credit card information. The company has committed offence of fraud and cheating. This is very serious online fraud by the merchant Truvisage which must be taken up for criminal proceedings against the company.
