I ordered some tablets and two GoPros. I had great service right until they went to send the product. First they sent just a USB drive and then no response other than return the product and they will send the order. At that time they stopped communicating and I have started seeing many complaints from around the same time I made my order. I had been working through Alibaba and got an email from Julia at that time. I unwittingly thought it was from Alibaba as she had information from my order request.
