I responded to one of john ferguson's listing in hernando ms. I was told by mr. Fergerson that the property was presently occupied but would be availavble on may/1/2014,I was told by mr. Fergerson, that the tennant's job as manager at harrah's casino casino, was no longer available, and the tennant would be transfering out of town, mr. Fergerson told me to give him a place where he could send the application,and emailed his ft. Sill bank info for me to wire transfer the 1500 dollar depositafter I had driven from baton rouge louisiana to hernando ms. To view the property after I supplied him with a fax destination, and wired the deposit he texted me back, claiming he only had email capability, on june second when we were supposed to complete the process, with the application fee of 40.00 and the first mont rent, of 1695.00, he stated the tennant had found another job there, and was now not going to move, and he would return my deposit, on approximately may 5th he stated he had mailed the deposit out, after that he would not answer my phone calls or respond to my texts, today is june the third, I still have'nt received the deposit. Would greatly appreciate any assistance in reference to contact info. To the people who could help me resolve this. On june the fifteenth mr. Fergerson updated the listing, it had been listed again. Please help if you can, thanks.
