I call last week to have this account concealed and you are still taking money out of my account.
My Husband is the account holder and he was in the room when i called to have this account t o be shut off and never to with drew monies out of my account again now you guys did it again and put me in a whole at my bank so not only do i want my monies back i want you guys to pay my bank fee's for putting me in the negative in my bank. if this is not taken care of by the end of the work on friday i will make a fraud report with the police dept and then see where you go from there. I'm tried of playing games with you people and taken money out of my account that i desperately need for my family.
