Smile finance have taken money out of my account on the 15th May early hours about 4.00am!!!!!I have called up them so many times requesting a refund as they didn't have authority from me to do this.THIS IS CLASSED AS FRAUD!!!! i have filled out a form for a refund twice now and just got off the phone to them today......i asked to speak to a manager regarding this as the ad visor sounded like a broken record saying the same s**t. who i though after i was speaking to me there "manager" told me to get some manners!!!!lol like i have time to be nice they have taken money and made my account overdrawn who the hell is going to pay for this!!!!stupid pathetic people if i ever knew any said its a 30 working day so i have to wait another 2 bloody weeks. Are they taking the piss, when i spoke to the "manager " and he told me to get some manners he laughed at me on the phone and said well you aint getting you refund now!!!!WHO THE HELL DO THESE PEOPLE THINK THEY ARE, I WANT TO KNOW. IM SICK OF PEOPLE LIKE THIS WHO THINK THEY KNOW IT ALL, WELL GOOD NEWS POLICE ARE INVOLVED AND THE OMBUDSMAN, WERE SEE WHO HAS THE LAST LAUGH NOW!!!!!!!!
