Recently went on fbook page for simplex and opted for a trial. I was given no info regarding terms n conditions as it just flashes thru to take ur payment. After 3 weeks these pills DO NOT work n I'm guessing its a scam! Rang the above number n she said she was in Enfield even tho it sounded like an Indian call centre, bad line n echoes. They took an additional two lots of £79.97 with no permission or further products. Told I could have a 30% refund as I didn't contact them within the 14 day t&c's? Didn't get anything other than an email? Have been told I will get a supervisor call within 48hrs but not holding my breath! DO NOT buy simplex it doesn't work! Not even lost one pound with it!
