My father purchased $142 worth of products. Order confirmed via email however after one month, still no products received. Sent an email to [email protected] and received a generic response of "sorry someone will get back to you today", no surprise there when no one responded. Yet another email was sent, with no reply. I took matters into my own hands and was ready to file a dispute with the bank however last efforts to contact the company again via email and the phone number provided on the website. A refund is now to be processed but given their records with replying and not shipping an order I highly doubt that will happen. I threatened to take this to the police and that was the only way to get them to refund. Definitely a scam!
