Visited the carwash today, 5/31/214. 7th ave and Bell location. Purchased the platinum $349.99 package and was supposed to get a whole bunch of stuff. After looking at the receipt and the prices, which the first person failed to fully explain to me, I realized I could have purchased exactly what I had said I wanted for only 249.99. Oh well, first loss right.. next I was two hours. after two hours go by I return to pick up my truck and am told another hour before its done. It was already less than 30 min away from closing. I left and got a call about a half hour later.. (assuming then the work was rushed) when I arrived the truck was a joke. The bumper was still dirty, there was still several spots all over my truck that all I had to do was lick my finger and wipe off.. There was a huge spot in my paint where the paint was all messed up. Honestly looked like the truck had been in a small bump of some sort. My windshield was previously cracked but after the wash the crack grew several (3-4) inches longer. When I pointed out the damage that was done I was literally ignored. When I pointed out dirty it was still and had asked the employees to wipe several areas, I was addressed with attitude. Did I have attitude? Hell yes I did, I just paid $350!!! and my truck is washed half ass!! After further inspecting the truck my fiance was approached by an employee (who in all honesty does your company no good at all appearance wise, ie; saggy pants can see underwear, uniform shirt looked 4 sizes to big and ball cap on sideways...) and was told the few employees left were waiting on us to leave. This wasn't small talk. He was rude. Why is it our problem the $350 car wash wasn't done correctly? This was completely disrespectful and is not an experience anyone should have to deal with when visiting a Danny's, or is it? While getting in my truck I overheard the employees, very loudly as if they wanted me to hear, "Did he tip? What?! NO?! And we waited so long after it closed for this?!" Now, after all of this, I get home to look for a number on the receipt, and on the back in super light grey fine print I see a list of terms that apparently I signed off on when I purchased the package. Terms I was never informed of by the way. And after reading them, I signed off on Danny's not being responsible for any damages. This is unacceptable!
