This individual sells pharmaceutical supplies. For some reason it was returned to the individual who has since, not responded or reshipped.
Individual said he did not know why it was returned and said he would reship. I have not heard from him in weeks now.
He has also not refunded the money. I sent an email from a separate email address in which he responded so i know he is still around.
