There was a guy name Jim Brown suppost to be a veterinarian, that just moved from Charleston, WV to Utah. He suppose to move because of his job. He has Pug Puppies for sale. He gives a sad story about His daughter supposed to had recently got killed fom a drunk diver in a auto accident. That with his job he is not able to take of them. Anyway he will ship the dog to you by this agnecy of $250.00, for the cost of the animal, Delivered to your home. The agceny will take your money ONLY by Union Western. After you send the $250.00, they take the money then they email you wanting $550.00 more dallors, supose to be for insurance and vet cost. When you explain that this was not in the agreement and Why was this extra cost not told to you to begin with. He tries to make other excuses. We told him we want a refund. But that not gone to happen. I called, the suppose to be company and asked again about my money, he said we must send $550.00 more dallors. I told him I didn't have anymore money to send. He argued with me, and I told him that this was a fraud and a scam. I wanted my money back. I was checking into the better buisness about his company, and he Hung up on me.
