I ordered the free samples and was just paying for the postage, I received these goods and thought if they work I will order the full months supply.
They took the ammount from my bank for the postage, then a while later I received an email from a delivery company saying that my goods were on there way, as I had already received my samples, but not yet opened them, I sent an email back saying that I had not ordered any goods, the goods I had ordered had been delivered. They wrote back and said it is nothing to do with them, they are only the delivery company, and I should get in touch with Sheridan labs etc. Then I looked into my bank and found that they had taken out £85 and £95, as well as the postage, it has taken me over 10 days to try and sort this out, then sheridan labs got in touch and said that they have cancelled the order, and my money would be returned less a restocking fee of £20. I wrote to them again and explained that I did not order the goods only the samples, why should I have to pay for something I did not order. I have received a reply today, saying that there was a 14 day trial period and if you did not want to carry on with ordering the product, you should have written to them letting them know you did not want to order anymore.
Well I know I never saw anything like that on the advert or on there website. So I am dumbfounded what to do now!
