GOPPC.IN headed by a fraud, Kaparthi (www.goppc.in) promised that he will run the PPC for both Google and Bing for our technical support vertical.
He boasts of people within the google team who can run the Adwords despite google putting a ban on most of tech support business in India.
He took and initial deposit of 20000 and said that it will take 3-4 days for the campaign to be up and running. After that, whenever we call, their ofice number +91 8886088949, THE LADY WHO PICKS up the phone always says "Kaparthi Sir is busy and he will call you back".
When you try to call him on his personal number (7259606383), he disconnects the phone (may have blocked it)
he hasn't refunded the money nor has he done anything to run the campaign. Simply put, he has scammed us and is on the run. We are filing a police case against this guy.
My suggestions to anyone who is in contact with him to stay away.
If you want proof, reply to this and I will send you the conversations and his mails promising that the Google Adwords account will never be suspended
