I ordered a "free" cosmetic item from Kai Skin and was to pay $2.95 for shipping. I received the products and later a charge on my credit card bill for $97.88! I called them at 888-320-0198 and requested a refund for the charge. They said as I kept it for over 10 days, there was nothing they could do about it. They also put me on a monthly plan to receive these items at an additional cost of $97.88 each month! I am no out $97.88 for a product I don't intend to use. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM AS I DID!!!
