I received this email today, filled out the job application questions, but became suspicious when I was requested to look up my credit score and provide them with a customer number. The only way to get a customer number was to provide my credit card information, and there was a disclaimer that my credit card would be charged unless I cancelled my membership within a specific time.

I did not provide my credit card information, nor did I get my credit score. Instead, I deleted all my information from the credit info website as well as the job application. (see e-mail below)
