This business advertises cheap iphones and other electronic devices with a 3 hour delivery time.
I agreed to buy a phone and transferred funds to a POSB account. I was then asked to transfer a further amount of $250 for tax and insurance which was not noted anywhere in their on-line documentation. They communicated via a message system on their website but not via phone or email.
I cannot get a response now fmor any source.
This is either criminal fraud or the worst form of incompetence and customer service conceivable
