All the Scam companies who are selling Raspberry Ketones are not only alleged fraudsters but they are also allegedly acting illegally as Raspberry Ketones (classed as novel foods) are not as yet licensed for sale in the EU! According to the FSA: "Under Regulation EC 258/97 novel foods may only be legally marketed in the EU if they have been evaluated and authorised under the procedures defined in the regulation, raspberry ketones have not undergone this process." This statement is dated March 2014.
