Beware of this Hap Mortgage company in Puyallup owned by Pauly Hap. He charged me $3500 for a loan modification that does not deliver any results. Some of my friends had been charged in the ranges of $3000 to $6000 per loan modification. This is SCAM so please be careful. If you are a victim like me please be sure to report this company and person to the Department of Financial Institutions at 1.877.RING DFI (746-4334) or by emailing [email protected]. Put a stop to unwanted scams by this company.
