I ordered A wig from this company I paid with my Chase Visa Debit Card they took the money out of my account the web site said that they were going to send me an e-mail with the conformation number and the tracking number well I kept e-mailing Sally Lin Director of sales she said my purchase was shipped on 10/11/11 well after a few days of waiting I e-mailed her again she told me to stop worrying and have a good day well I kept sending her e-mails she stop answering me Then the website was takien down my e-mails are returned to me I would like to know what can I do all I want now is my money back and file charges against this supoosed to be company.
