On 24/4/2014 I saw on the net front screen; a Florida Holiday package that I indicated I was interested for more details. A Dorothy Preston rang me 11a.m. and presented a Florida Holiday package for 4 people to Disneyland for 7 day meals; drinks; entertainment; accommodation; flights; etc.etc/ number 1673366 - 00111407 2841588 Cust. Service Reservations to be made within 18 mths All exclusive. I was told I would be sent confirmation of payment & details once the money was cleared which had to be paid that day for the promotion. After a deduction from my account 27 April 2014 from Sunshineholiday Clermont of $1186.78 plus another $35.60 Foreign Currency Conversion fee I have NOT received ANY form of confirmation by email or mail of details paid for trip???
I have tried to ring a number I was given 0280155032 which is answered by a foreign language not able to speak English.
Please reply as soon as possible what has happened. Who has taken my money. What can I do next. I want it back. Feeling I've been fooled; and if so I will make sure people are aware NOT to trust ANY Florida or Foreign Package deals again.
