Ordered ecard on May 15th, 2014 to be delivered on that day. No confirmation arrived, the recipient never received the card. My PayPal account was charged immediately. The company did not reply to any of the three emails I sent requesting information on why the card did not arrive or for my money to be refunded after 5 days had passed. I tried calling but got a voice recorded message saying to contact by email. It is still unresolved.
