The dates actually cover 2/20/14 when I ordered a trial offer for $4.95. I called within the 10-day period to cancel any further shipments. I was charged $89.97 on 3/6/14. Again I called to cancel any further shipments. I did get a refund of $24.02 on 3/20/14. However on 5/20/14 I got another charge of $29.99. I called Customer Service to report that I had cancelled my account by phone at least three time previously. I was informed that SkinForte could not refund the charges and that the product had already shipped. I did not order this product and will not accept it, but how do I get my $29.95 returned. The Representative I spoke to said that it could not be refunded. And even now, I am not sure that my account has been cancelled, even though I told him to cancel it. Can you please help?
