This appears to be just a new number for the same scammers that have been giving me a "final notice" for 3 or 4 years. This is an illegal phishing scam, they just want your CC number (don't give to them obviously).
They are not going to heed the Do Not Call list, they don't have a no-call list to put you on, and if you press "1", they may swear at you if you don't cooperate, hang up on you, and they will call again. They call me around 2pm every day.
This is a case where if your 10 digit phone number is dialed, your phone will ring. Only thing you can do is block this number on your end. Which will work until they call from a new number again.
