Gentlemen / Mesdames:

I have purchased (gift) a       TISSOT 1853- PR 50 Automatic
                                         Reference:J374/474
                                         Serial no.:10 BC 1267323
                                         Date 5/19/11

At MAREX JEWELLERY TISSOT
Yorkdale Shoping  Centre\  Manager Brian.

The wind up mechanism feels very tight
The watch is for the past week late an hour or so, in spite of regular wind up at night and no change of environment i.e. daily wear.

I was as told by the manager of the above store by phone this morning to bring it in and wait a few weeks for the repair.

It goes without saying that I am not happy with this customer service and expect either a replacement or refund.

Please advise ASAP as I will be going out of the country well before the end of this month.

With thanks in advance for your kind accommodation of my issue with a purchase of a brand name product.

Sincerely yours,

Rudolph Taborsky
