I ordered a wedding dress online. Photo and description showing David's Bridal dress that I tried on in store. Read the site's return policy , googled the site, and read the reviews prior to completing the order. Received a dress in the mail 5 days ago and it does not look anything like the advertised photo. The website does not state anywhere that the dresses may look different then the photos. I have emailed the business every day. They have responded asking for photo's so they can suggest changes and other things. They have ignored all my requests to send the dress back as it is not the dress in the photo or even close to it.
I am not sure what else to do.
