I received a call and was told a month of Garcinia Gambogia Extract was
"FREE". All you need do is pay the s&h of $5.99. If you do not like the product you can call before the thirty days and CANCEL the membership. I received the product on 3-28-14 and called on 4-8-14 to cancel. The operator wasn't pleased with my decision but assured me it was cancelled. I again ask no more charges on my credit card right? Nothing else from your company because I was not satisfied with the product. She agreed and thanked me.
Imagine my surprise to fined a $69.94 on my next bill. I immediately call their number at 866-997-6589 and got a lady named Samantha number 244 and she pulled my information and found no cancelation on my membership or where they had charge me anything but the $5.99 s&h. I ask for someone higher than her in a manager position. She tell me no manager was working at that time. But she will leave a note for one to call me tomorrow morning. I said you promise a manager will call me tomorrow. Yes she said and never ask for my phone number. I called directly back and got another lady named Christine number 218. She said Samantha was on another call and could she help me. I went through it all again and she took my name and order number. She found my membership and were I had called in to cancel the membership on 4-8-14. She then tells me they had all ready charged me $69.94 for the next order. I never receive the order or do I want it I told her just repay the money to my card. Oh we can't do that you had 30 days to get refunded and it Is past that time. Needless to say I was very unhappy with this reply. I ask to speak to a manager and she also said no manager was available until tomorrow. She said she would put all the information down for the manager to get sometime tomorrow. I reply first thing in the morning I'll expect a call or I will be calling back and ask for a manager to answer to my complaint. I will be calling my credit card tomorrow and see if they can not pay the charge since the bill is not due until June. Then wait until noon and start again with the company. I really don't expect a call from them at all. Never never again will I be caught in a phone scam. It is a shame that companies can be so underhanded with their form of truth.
