On January 19, 2014 my husband and I were lied to in order to get us to purchase this Time share. The salesman, Oscar Romero assured us that I could book my upcoming vacation directly with him. Since then, I have tried to call him, email him, contact the company directly and have gotten all of my emails back as undeliverable. The main office keeps directing me to Punta Pacifico in Mazatlan, Mexico. They will not honor their comittment and it is very frustrating. I want my money back and nobody will talk to me!
