I ordered my son's controller on 02/14/14. The website indicated it would be 21 days for completion and delivery. As of today, I still have not received my controller. Below is the dates and times I contacted the company and their reponses:
03/18/14 (9:16pm) - I requested status.
03/24/14 (12:59pm) - Received response asking for order #.
03/24/14 (1:08pm) - I sent requested info.
03/31/14 (10:40am) - Received email indicating the controller will be completed in 3 weeks.
03/31/14 (1:12pm) - I replied with my concerns on the time frame.
04/23/14 (4:23pm) - I requested status again.
04/30/14 (11:56am) - Received response indicating will be completed early next week.
04/30/14 (12:13am) - I again replied with my concerns on timeframe.
This experience has been horribble and I just want a refund. This company is a joke. I am also reporting to BBB.
05/09/14 (6:37pm) - I requested status again.
05/16/14 (12:30am) - Received response indicating will be completed early next week.
