It says it is a dating website and I signed up for a 3 day trial for 5.97. I immediately started getting messages from women on the site and they all wanted my email address or phone number. They are all scams to get personal information. I tried to cancel the second day but the process is very, very difficult. I had to navigate though the website to find the cancel repeat billing option and then it said I would be emailed a cancellation code within one hour and the code is only good for 24 hours. I got the code but then the email instructions said to call a 1-800 number to cancel. I called the number multiple times and kept getting a recording saying that I have reached them outside of business hours and to call back between 8am and 5pm (no mention of time zone). I called back several times a day for the next four days during all times of the day and night and and emailed them and finally got through on Monday afternoon. I got the run around and was told my cancellation code was expired and I would have to request a new code. I finally got another code and gave it to the rep on the phone and then had to convince her to refund the $40.99 they had billed to my credit card for the renewal. I asked the rep where they are located and she would not answer the first five times I asked but finally told me they are in the Philippines. They are very good at giving the run around and trying to make it difficult to cancel. Do not do business with this company!
