Have used A&S occasionally for several years, with inconsistent results. I did not receive any payment for the most recent account I turned over for collections, although they had reached an agreement with the debtor, and I beleive the debtor paid. Now the 1 (800) phone number is disconnected, and no one answers at the other phone number. Last month, I at lease got a recording, and was able to leave a message. However, I never received a returned call. Are tehy out of business? Does anyone have updated info?
