I just wanted to inform others who may want to change their addresses with the USPS to be very careful. Yesterday, I did a general search on Google, because I wanted to change my address. I clicked on one of the first links that appeared. It was extremely misleading and deceptive. It even had USPS in the headline. It didn't even appear to be an ad. I didn't know that I was charged $39 dollars, until I got my email conformation. It's only a dollar to change your address with the USPS. These are businesses that are making money off of ripping people off, and I think it should be illegal. They shouldn't be allowed to use the trademark of the USPS. The website is called United Addresses Change. I called and they said that they would only refund $35. I am also making a complaint with the BBB. Apparently, I am not the only one. This is happening to people all across the US. There are recent news articles about it. I just others to be aware.
