This company is a scam, I was unable to ever get more that a form email response sending me to the same, confusing downloads and youtube pages, never unlocked my phone. I requested a refund through the email provided for "refunds" and received yet another form email, with this addition:
"Please do remember it is a criminal offence to cancel a payment for goods already
received and if you have access to member section to download the software,
also once we have started to supply the service.
To combat internet fraud we log the IP address of a customer at the point of order.
We cross reference this IP address location with that of the registered account holder
of the credit/debit card used to make payment. Any discrepancies will result
in the cancellation of the order and IMEI number will be identified
and will be BLACKLISTED preventing it from working on all
networks worldwide. This is PERMANENT."
I'll be contacting my bank on Monday to dispute the charges.
