I signed up for free 7 day trial; cancelled it within hours when no information I was seeking could be found. Company says I actually signed up under two different email address's...the same email address minus one letter. I recall the incident and I only entered my credit card once. They are saying I created two accounts at the same exact time and they cannot refund the amount after 30 days has passed. Total scam.
