bought samples day/night creams about4 april i found out they had then taken extra £190 for more cream i did not want ordered or received I contacted bank on the 12 may but this had already been paid to them i explained what happened and blocked them from my account on the 14 may i phoned the bank and they had tried to take another payment that morning for more goods i had not ordered nor received fortunately that was stopped i now have cancelled my visa and ordered a new one
