Stay far away from anything you see that appears to be fishy, on all these sites that are kijiji, and now e-bay. The numbers are there for a reason,to sucker you in for your personal info. Or for your hard earned cash. The seller should NOT be mailing you a "SIM Card" and you should not be giving out your personal info,and to wire cash.
THIS ALL SHOULD BE DONE IN PERSON! ...Person to person at a carrier! e.g. Bell Rogers Telus,Fido, Wind, and so on at a Mall, or Plaza. Good luck!
