After calling to cancel before. my ten day trial was up cause I hadn't received the product the customer rep who could barely speak English. In a threanting tone you're not cooperating with me you choose to order this and you will send or be charged 97 dollars. Your not working with me he says I reply. to do what he then puts me on hold speaks to his supervised who says. refuse shipment or send it back I send you will. do you want hung the phone up in his face he was very rude to me worst customer service every rip off.
