Arjuninc contacted me to tell me I was at risk for getting hacked. After discussing extensively with consultant, Kevin 5041, I agreed to a contract that would help clean my computer from viruses or any risks. I gave to them remote access and then they wanted to charge me an extra 200 dollars. I told them we had already agreed on an amount and then they attempted to charge me twice $316.00. My bank showed an alert for suspicious activity and shut my account down. After the fact and a couple of weeks later I was contacted by this same company by a man named "Shawn Hickens" he said that their company wanted to give me a refund of 316.00 dollars. I agreed given the fact that their companies software did not support my computer. Keep in mind, this is what I was told. Once given remote access, this company representative attempted to transfer three thousand dollars out of my account. This occurred the first week in April, I have endured mental anguish and frustration at the helm of this company Arjuninc, and have gone through great lengths to protect myself. I have attempted every week since the beginning of April and almost day to continue to get my refund. Loss of 316.00!! And I want my money back!!!
