I put in for a loan and ended up with 69.72 taken from my account I called this company and canceled with them over the phone and was told to contact head office by letter canceling it aswell which I did and was told i would have my money back within 14 working days and still got nothing it is a total scam why would we be trying to get a loan if we could afford to pay 69.72 for nothing that's the second time it's happened to me they all need to be stopped it should be illegal
